Description
Duplex ideal for families and groups of friends. It has a parking space. You will enjoy plenty of light in each of its rooms. Just a 5-minute walk from the centre and 7 from the beach. Especially quiet and peaceful area, close to shops, bars, supermarket and a covered park for children.
Magnificent 135m2 apartment, with capacity for 7 people. Located on a 4th floor with a lift. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony. It is fully equipped with a TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, juicer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine... and even a cot for the little ones. Not forgetting, of course, high-speed WiFi.
On the main floor is the spacious living room with a balcony, a very large area where you can set up a table for 7 diners.
To the left is the equipped kitchen that also has access to the same balcony. Its complete kitchen is equipped to make you feel at home from the very first moment.
To the right are two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed.
On the second floor, in addition to the other shower room, is the master bedroom with a 150cm double bed, very spacious and with lots of light.
On that floor, a very large common area, there is also a single bed, a wardrobe for storing clothes and a desk for working with a computer.
We provide bed linen and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit (sponge, dishwasher, kitchen cloth...)
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a 5-storey building with a lift.
Access to the garage is from the back street, so you only have to walk a few metres.
The garage is closed.
Zarautz is a coastal town and a popular summer destination with a beautiful 2.5 km beach. In Zarautz, visitors will find all the amenities they need and it is also a very good place to practise water sports, especially surfing. If you feel like learning, there are several surf schools in Zarautz.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the centre where there is a supermarket, bars, cafes, shops.
As it is a very small town, you won't need a car to get around the area, everything is very close and it's a very pleasant walk.
Zarautz is the perfect midpoint to go sightseeing in other beautiful towns:
- San Sebastian/Donostia, is 21 km away. You can go by car, train or bus
- Getaria is 4.6 km away. You can go by car or bus
- Zumaia, where the Game of Thrones series was filmed, is 10 km away. You can go by car, train or bus
- Bilbao is 85 km away. You can go by car or bus, you can also go by train but it's a long journey
