Recently renovated and elegant apartment is located in the city centre and 2 minutes from the beach.
Ideal for families or couples, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, living room with kitchen and two full bathrooms.
All of its rooms are exterior, so you will enjoy plenty of light and they all have blinds.
"Goxo" in English means cosy and this is how you will feel when you stay in our house, welcomed, comfortable, in a quiet place and just a step away from the entire centre of Zarautz. The whole house is exterior so you will also enjoy plenty of light.
The main area of the house is decorated with great care, achieving a very pleasant atmosphere, with a spacious and comfortable sofa, facing the fireplace, which in winter is very cosy.
The dining table opens up and has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you won't miss anything, you will also find some welcome products such as sugar, salt, coffee, oil, cleaning products...
The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has a 150 cm bed and a large wardrobe with great storage capacity.
The other 2 bedrooms are spacious and each has 2 single beds of 105 and spacious wardrobes.
Brand new and unused: high-end mattresses, pillows, and 100% cotton bedding.
In the corridor is the other complete bathroom and a storage area for luggage.

Duplex ideal for families and groups of friends. It has a parking space. You will enjoy plenty of light in each of its rooms. Just 5 minutes walk from the centre and 7 from the beach. Especially quiet and peaceful area, close to shops, bars, supermarket and a covered park for children.
Magnificent 135m2 apartment, with capacity for 7 people. Located on a 4th floor with lift. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony. It is fully equipped with TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, juicer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine... and even a cot for the little ones. Not forgetting, of course, the high-speed WiFi.
On the main floor is the spacious lounge with a balcony, a very wide area where a table for 7 diners can be set up.
On the left is the fully equipped kitchen which also has access to the same balcony. Your complete kitchen is equipped so that you feel at home from the very first moment.
On the right are two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed.
On the second floor, in addition to the other bathroom with a shower, is the master bedroom with a double bed of 150cm, very spacious and with plenty of light.
In this room, a very spacious common area, there is also a single bed, a wardrobe for storing clothes, and a desk for working with a computer.
We provide bed linen and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, kitchen cloth...)
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a 5-storey building with a lift. It is an old house with some cracks in the wall but it has everything necessary to spend a few days in Zarautz.
Access to the garage is from the back street, so you only have to walk a few metres.

Zarautz is a coastal town and a popular summer destination with a beautiful 2.5 km beach. In Zarautz, visitors will find all the amenities they need and it is also a very good place to practice water sports, especially surfing. If you feel like learning, there are several surf schools in Zarautz.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the centre where there is a supermarket, bars, cafés, shops.
As it is a very small village, you won't need a car to get around the area, everything is very close and it's a very pleasant walk.
Zarautz is the perfect midpoint for excursions to other beautiful cities:

El trato y organizacion con Daniele han sido faciles y accesibles. Muy recomendable para grupo de 5 o 6 personas.

La ducha del dormitorio principal es incomoda por su pequeño tamaño. El mecanismo oscilo-batiente de alguna ventana no funciona bien. Pero son detalles menores en un conjunto muy completo.
