It is in a bar area and below the apartment there is a bar/nightclub and on weekends there can be some noise until late, party zone.

The house has been renovated this very year and is fully equipped, so you won't miss anything. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one. In addition to 2 complete bathrooms with shower trays.
The lounge is spacious with 2 sofas and the best thing is that from the sofa you can enjoy the views.
In the kitchen you will find all the kitchenware you need for cooking, it has an oven-microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and washing machine.
