Newly renovated apartment with sea views. Ideal for families, with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a spectacular terrace with sea views. You'll have the beach at your feet and the town centre just across the street, an ideal area to enjoy Zarautz.

It is in a bar area and below the apartment there is a bar/nightclub and on weekends there can be some noise until late, party zone.

Enjoy that incredible terrace with views of the beach and the mountain, and crossing the street you'll be right in the centre, close to bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The house has been renovated this very year and is fully equipped, so you won't miss anything. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one. In addition to 2 complete bathrooms with shower trays.

The lounge is spacious with 2 sofas and the best thing is that from the sofa you can enjoy the views.

In the kitchen you will find all the kitchenware you need for cooking, it has an oven-microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and washing machine.

We will receive you at the apartment and give you several tips so you can make the most of your stay in Zarautz.

Below the apartment there is a bar/nightclub and at weekends there is noise at night.

In March, the beer festival tent is set up right in front of the apartment.

Zarautz is a coastal town and a popular summer destination with a beautiful 2.5 km beach. In Zarautz you will find all the comforts you need and it is also a very good place to practise water sports, especially surfing. If you fancy learning, there are several surf schools in Zarautz.

The apartment is on the beachfront and crossing the street you will already be in the centre where there is a supermarket, bars, cafés, shops.

Being a very small town, you won't need a car to get around the area, everything is very close and it's a very pleasant walk.

Zarautz is the perfect midpoint for tourism to other beautiful towns:
- San Sebastian/Donostia, is 21 km away. You can go by car, train or bus
- Getaria is 4.6 km away. You can go by car or bus
- Zumaia, where the Game of Thrones film was shot, is 10 km away. You can go by car, train or bus
- Bilbao, is 85 km away. You can go by car or bus, you can also go by train but it is a long journey

Below the apartment there is a bar/nightclub and at weekends there is noise at night.

In March, the beer festival tent is set up right in front of the apartment.

You can set up tents for events in July, August and September.

There is a construction site right in front of the apartment.

WORKS IN THE ENTRANCE, POSSIBLE NOISE.

Near the beach and town centre, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, supermarkets, children's playground, in a quiet area, it is ideal for families.
It consists of 3 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and access to the balcony, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
Spacious living-dining room with natural light and access to the balcony, ideal for watching the sunset.
Fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom.

The house is perfectly equipped for you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Upon entering the flat, you will find the kitchen on the left, which has access to the service area.

Facing the entrance, there is the living-dining room with access to the balcony.

From the living room, you access a hallway, where on the left you will find the bedroom with two single beds, followed by the master bedroom.

At the front, there is the third bedroom with a double bed. In the hallway there is also the full bathroom with shower.

Quiet neighbourhood with a park and everything you need close to the city centre and the beach.
It has everything you need to stock up on supplies such as supermarket, butcher's, fishmonger's, bakery,... and also good neighbourhood bars, the kind where it's a pleasure to sit on the terrace as just another local.

You can move around the town only by walking and with complete peace of mind.
